Set Your Round
Choose 5-7 habits and set your par for each day based on how many of your habits you will track that day; 3, 4, or 5. This is your round—18 days to show up, stay focused, and keep score. Simple setup, big momentum.

Track Daily
Each day, mark a 1 if you achieved the goal or 2 if you missed it. The visual grid helps you stay consistent, notice patterns, and feel progress—one square at a time.

Reflect & Reset
At the end of 9 or 18 days, tally your score. Look for what worked, what didn’t, and where to adjust. Then flip the card or grab a new one—your next round starts fresh.
